SECTION 1 :PREAMBLE
The overall development of each country depends upon the potential human resources and their effective employment for productive goals .The development of better opportunities should rise self-esteem and room for creativity to everyone in his/her role as a social animal , who can do better things for goodness of his fellow beings.

Commitment for global prosperity is/ should be the corporate, social and individual responsibility.

SECTION 2:GENERAL PRINCIPLES

Principle 1 :The responsibility of business:

Business have a role to play in improving lives of all their customers, employees and share holders by sharing with them the wealth they created. All agencies involved should respect business to honor their obligation in a spirit of honesty and fairness.


Principle 2 :The Economic and Social act of Business

Business established in all localities to provide service should also contribute to the social advancement of those places by creating productive service and helping to raise the purchasing power of the citizens.

Principle 3 : Business Behavior:

There should be spirit of trust in every dealing with other business house. While accepting the legitimacy of trade secrets. Business should recognize that sincerity, candor, truthfulness, the keeping of promises and transparency contribute not only to their own credibility and stability but also to the smoothness and efficiency of business transaction particularly on international level.

Principle 4 : Respect of Rules:

To avoid trade frictions and to promote freer trade ,equal conditions for competition, and fair equitable treatment for all participants, business should respect international and domestic rules.

Principle 5 : Support for Multilateral Trade:

Business should co-operate in efforts to promote the progressive and judicious liberation of trade, and to relax those domestic measures that reasonably hinder global commerce.

Principle 6 : Respect for environment:

A business should protect and, possible, improve the environment, promote suitable development and prevent the wasteful use of natural resources.

Principle 7 : Avoidance of illicit operation:

A business should not participate in or condone bribery, money lounging, or other corrupt practices indeed; it should seek co-operation with others to eliminate them.

SECTION 3: STAKEHOLDER PRINCIPLES

We believe in treating all customers with dignity irrespective of whether they purchase our products or services directly from us or otherwise acquire them in market. We therefore have a responsibility to,

Provide our customers with the highest quality products and services consistent with their requirements.
Treat our customers fairly in all aspects of our business transactions including the high level of service and remedies for their dissatisfactions.
Make every effort to ensure that the health and safety of our customers as well as the equality of environment will be sustained or enhanced by our products and services.
More stress will be given to provide such services, which will result in a healthy society.
Respect the integrity of the culture of our customers.

SECTION 4: EMPLOYEES

We believe in the dignity of every employee and in taking employee interests seriously. We therefore have responsibility to,

Provide jobs and compensation that improve workers living conditions
Provide working condition that respect each employees health and dignity.
Be honest in communication with employees and open in sharing information limited only by legal and competitive restraints.
Avoid discriminatory practices and guarantee equal treatment and opportunity in areas such as gender, age, race and religion.
Promote in the business itself the employment of differently able people in places of work where they can be genuinely useful.
Encourage and assist employees in developing relevant and transferable skills and knowledge.

SECTION 5:ASSOCIATES 
We believe in honoring the trust, the people/firms associated with us to deliver services, place in us and our relationship must be based on mutual respect we there have a responsibility to,

Apply professional and diligent management in order to secure a fair and competitive return in the associated activities.
Disclose relevant into associates subject only to legal requirements
Seek fairness and truthfulness in all of our activities, including pricing licensing and right to provide services
Ensure that our business activities are from coercion and unnecessary litigation
Seek, encourage and prefer people firms whose employment practices respect humanity .

SECTION 6:COMPETITORS 
We believe that fair economic competition is one of the basic requirements for increasing the wealth of Nations and, ultimately, for making possible the just distribution of goods and services .We therefore have a responsibility to,

Foster open markets for trade and investments.
Promote competitive behavior that is seriously and environmentally beneficial and demonstrate mutual respect among competitors.
Refrain from either seeking or participating in questionable payments or favors to secure competitive advantages.

SECTION 7:COMMUNITIES

We believe that economic competitions is one of the basic requirements as a global corporate citizens, we can contribute to such forces of reform and human rights and to work in the communities which we operate, we therefore have responsibility in those communities too.

Respect human rights and democratic institutions and promote them whether practicable.
Respect integrity of local culture.
Be a good corporate citizen through charitable, relational, educational and cultural contribution and employee participation in community and civic affairs.
